Swanky Baby Boutique does not share any private information with any other parties. We collect email addresses, phone numbers and mailing addresses only for the purpose of fulfilling orders which are placed. We will not call you unless we have a question regarding your order or shipping information. Thank you!
We accept all PayPal payments. You do not have to have a Paypal account to make credit card payments through their system. Money orders and personal checks will also be accepted. However, please be aware that your order will not be processed until the payment is received and all checks have cleared. We hope that you will understand our policy regarding this.
Due to the majority of our items being custom made just for you, please allow time for the completion of your order. Completion time for most orders varies anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks. If you are concerned about getting an order in time, please ask for assistance before ordering to make sure that we are able to accommodate your time frame. Shipping times vary with each item and most are listed in the individual descriptions. If you have questions or concerns regarding shipping information, please email us for assistance.
After we receive your order with all of the information requested (color choice, personalization, size, etc.) and payment, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order and details. If we have any questions that need to be answered before we begin filling your order, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Please let us know if you need something sooner before ordering and we will let you know if we can accommodate you. All rush orders will be charged an extra shipping charge. We will let you know what the cost will be before you place your order. Shipping is a flat rate of $7.95. If you are ordering items in bulk or larger items, you will receive a separate paypal invoice to reflect the extra shipping charge. From time to time, we will offer various specials and deals. Your package will be sent U.S.P.S., U.P.S., or Fed-Ex. Most of our custom made items will be shipped directly from the designer, so shipping carriers will vary.
If you are outside of the U.S. you will be charged an extra shipping fee. Please contact us for assistance.
Due to the majority of our items being custom made, we will not be able to accept returns on items unless there is a mistake on our part. Custom items include items that are personalized and items that are made to order even if they are not personalized. If an item arrives damaged, please report to the shipping service provider. Save all of the packaging materials as it was shipped ot you. All claims need to be handled through the shipping provider.
If a mistake was made by the designer or something was defective on our part , please contact us immediately to receive instructions. Please DO NOT send anything back until you have contacted us first and have permission for a return.
