How do I send you the pictures?
Should I send tons of pictures for you to choose from?

No, please only send in 10-12 of your favorite pictures. Also, please give us an indication on which pictures you like best and which one you would like to use for your main photo. Please remember if you change pictures during the editing process, there is a $25.00 picture change fee. Take a moment and consider all of your picture options and decide which ones are your favorites. If you would like our input, just ask! We usually can tell by looking at a picture if the dimensions are okay for a certain design.
Can I send in professional photographs?
Can you edit the photographs or do I need to?

We prefer the untouched photographs. We can change the photographs to black and white, sepia, crop them, do touch up’s, remove blemishes, rotate pictures and do many other things to make the photographs look great for your announcement!
Is there an extra charge for editing my photograph?

No, there is never any extra charge for anything we do to your pictures to make them beautiful! However, if you change pictures during the editing process there is indeed an extra fee.
Can you give me some photo taking tips?
What if I want to see more then one proof of different designs or change the design completely during the editing process?
- There will be a nominal fee of $25 for this service. We can tweak any design to be perfect for you staying within the one proof design. If for example, you want 'cottontail' with only one photo that is absolutely okay, or if you would like a combination of 'cottontail' and 'as can be' that is also okay and included in our original design process. However, if you would like to see 'cottontail' AND 'as can be' in 2 different proofs, this would incur the fee. ****Or, if you have us make one proof and then change the design completely or add/change a new picture(s) for an existing proof during editing that would also incur the fee.**** Thank you for understanding!
Are envelopes included with my order?
What are proofs for?
- A proof is an on-line viewing of your announcement. We do not print until you are completely satisfied. Please thoroughly check your proof for any mistakes or marks. After the proof is approved for print we can not be liable for any typo’s or misprints.
How will my order be packed?
- We care so much about your order and how it arrives to you. We want you to be excited to open your marvelous package of beautiful cards. Let's just say our packaging is top secret but without a doubt will be worth the wait.
Please ask us about shipping insurance for an extra $4.00. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
What carrier do you use to ship?
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes! We use Global Priority. For orders shipping to Canada, there is no extra shipping charge. For all other international orders, please email us for a quote. The average cost is $30.00. (US dollars)
What if I need to cancel my order?
- We understand that circumstances may require a cancellation of an order. If you are canceling your order within 24hrs of originally placing it, there is no charge. If you have have waited longer than 24hrs or received your proof and/or any edits, there will be a $50 cancellation charge due to time spent working on your order.
I am having trouble making the online payment, can you help me?
